The University of Dodoma invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians and expatriates (under local terms) to fill the following academic positions. br /br /Tutorial Assistants br /Assistant Lecturersbr /Lecturersbr /Senior Lecturersbr /Associate Professorsbr /Professorsbr /br /QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE br /br /1. Tutorial Assistantsbr /This is a training post. Applicants must possess at least a Bachelors degree with a GPA of 3.8 and above and for unclassified degrees, overall average of B grade or above.br /br /2. Assistant Lecturersbr /br /Applicants must be holders of undergraduate degree with over all GPA of 3.8 or above and a B+ average in their Masters Degreebr /br /3. Lecturersbr /br /Applicants must be holders of a PhD plus Maters and/or Bachelor degree with appropriate GPA OR Masters degree from a recognized University with teaching, research and consultancy experience of at least 3 years.br /br /4. Senior Lecturers, Associate Professors and Professorsbr /Applicants must be holders of a PhD from a recognized University with teaching, research and consultancy experience of at least 5 Years for Professors, Associate Professors, and 3 years for Senior Lecturers. br /br /DUTIESbr /br /Successful candidates for all the positions will be expected to:br /(i) Teach undergraduate and postgraduate studentsbr /(ii) Conduct research and publish in their fields of specializationbr /(iii) Conduct seminarsbr /(iv) Provide consultancy and public services in their fields of specializationbr /(v) Attend any other duties as may be assigned by the respective Heads of Department/Other University Organsbr /br /Remuneration br /br /Attractive remuneration packages will be offered to successful candidates in accordance with Government Circular from the Treasury Registrar and other terms and conditions applicable to the Public Service.br /br /PROGRAMMES OFFERED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF DODOMAbr /br /1.
